The interior design is by Christian Collot, offering a unique environment in a vegetal and natural setting.
For this new adventure, Clément Gueudré called upon Chef Alexis Pierre, formerly second-in-command at Le Petit Jardin.
Chef Alexis Pierre carefully selects his produce and constantly strives to find ideal combinations to create an explosion of flavours that communicate his love of cooking.
